WHAT IS REIKI? Reiki is Spiritually guided life force energy. It raises the energy, vibration and awareness in and around your body to encourage self healing and to promote the positive flow of health, calm, clarity, ease and joy. Release your blocks and barriers that are holding you back in both your personal life, business or workplace. WHY HAVE REIKI?

WHAT ARE OUR CHAKRAS We are made of up four parts that make us a whole being: Our Physical Body Our Emotional Body Our Mental Body Our Spirit Body For us to have complete health, all of these need to be in balance. I like to break it down even further into two parts: Our physical body Our Energy body (mind, emotions, spirit) Our Chakras are our energy centres that are in and around our body and there are hundreds of them. I work with our 7 primary centres to bring you back into balance as they are the gateways or portals that link our physical and energy bodies together. What happens to our physical body affects our energy body. What happens to our energy body affects our physical body. Through our Chakra system, I can help you identify where you "leak" energy from which depletes your energy body and can lead to pain, discomfort or disease in your physical body, |

POWER REIKI 30mins $50 A super charged energy balance using Reiki and clear quartz crystals for those on the go. Pop in on your lunch break, while the kids are at sport or music lessons or on the way home from a run, yoga or the gym.
